Parking

There are 2 parking lots in our neighbourhood available for free* parking.

The first, to the east of the office, is above ground on the north side of Queen’s Quay West, just west of Rees Street, south of the Roger’s Centre and Lakeshore Blvd.

The second is located west of us on the south side of Queen’s Quay, underground by the marina, just east of Bathurst Street.

*Important: You must pay the deposit to the parking attendant when you are parking your car. Then, while in the office, pick-up a parking pass at the front desk, and your deposit will then be reimbursed by the parking lot attendant.

The streetcars that serve the LRT station will take you along Queen’s Quay West all the way to Lower Spadina Avenue where our office is located. Some of these streetcars continue west on Bathurst and some turn north on Spadina.

1. Subway and LRT (Light Rapid Transit) from Union Station:
509 Harbourfront and 510 Spadina are the routes that go by the office.

When you exit the train at Union Station, make sure you take a stairway with a sign for “Harbourfront LRT”. Follow the signs to the Harbourfront LRT station. You do not need a transfer slip (If you take the other stairs you will end up going through an exit and have to pay to enter again).

2. Subway and Street Car from Spadina Station:
Take the 510 Spadina streetcar south to the stop at Spadina and Queen’s Quay. To get all the way to Queen’s Quay, make sure that you take a streetcar that says "Queen’s Quay" or "Union Station" - check with the driver to be sure. Note that some streetcars stop short at Front or King streets. They are usually identified by "Charlotte" or "King".
